50+ HIV+ Support Group
The 50 + HIV+ APNH Support Group focuses on the concerns of men and women, over 50 years old, living with HIV. Group topics include: trauma recovery, healthy living, relationships and sexual health, cognitive fitness, and mentoring the younger generations. Sharing our stories with others is an important part of empowering ourselves in sharing the legacy of our journey.
Community Support Groups
APNH provides space for community groups that support our Mission and Vision. These groups include:
Crystal Meth Anonymous
Crystal Meth Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other, so they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from addiction to crystal meth. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using. There are no dues or fees for CMA membership. CMA’s Beginners Meeting – “Breaking Good” meets Sundays, 6:30-7:30 PM.
Family Support
This group gives family members impacted by the substance use of a partner, or family member a safe space to explore how they are impacted by addiction and develop safe coping strategies in taking care of themselves.
12-Step Programs
APNH is interested in offering space to recognized 12 – Step and other community support groups that are in support of our Mission and Vision.
