APNH Food Pantry

The Food Pantry provides nutritionally appropriate supplies to APNH case managed clients in the New Haven area. Pantry access is free to APNH clients. We also have community pantry days, which are open to anyone in the New Haven area.

The pantry is open to APNH clients on Wednesdays and Thursdays 10am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 3pm.

The pantry is open to the community on 1st and 3rd Thursdays from 10am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 3pm.

All are welcome at APNH: A Place to Nourish Your Health. Our agency’s policy is to serve members of our community regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Our emergency food pantry is open twice a month to our neighbors. When you shop with us, we kindly ask that you follow APNH’s guidelines to ensure that everyone visiting has a positive experience.

We are open on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month.

Our hours are 9:30 -12:30 and 1:30 -3:00.

Please do not arrive at the pantry before 8:30 AM.

When you arrive, you may stand in line behind the sign on the front porch. Please form a single file line, ensuring that others can pass by and move freely on the porch and ramp.

Please do not block the stairs or the front door.

Please do not sit on or lean against the railings or the stairs.

You may not reserve a space in line for someone who is not present.

You may not save a space in line by leaving bags or other personal items; you must be physically present in line.

When APNH opens at 9:00, staff members will give you a number and ask you to sign in.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Do not ring the doorbell.

Respect the item count limit as directed by staff.

One adult per household is permitted to use the pantry.

Please follow our guidelines and respect the staff at APNH.

We will not tolerate hostility or disrespect of any kind.

APNH reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
